Joseph Berner

Joe joined Priority in the fall of 2021 as one of our Client Services Specialists. In this role, Joe works closely with each merchant account we have at Priority. This entails everything from onboarding merchant accounts and welcoming them, filling submissions for each account, and ultimately addressing their day to day concerns in a timely manner.

Joe is an expert with computer applications and customer service, which allows him to excel as a member of our operations team. His invaluable work helps our team to get submissions approved quickly and make sure our merchants get the best service possible.

Before joining the team, Joe received his Bachelors of Communications from Rutgers University and was Academic All American in Baseball for Middlesex County College. He joined Priority with over 11 years of hospitality and customer service experience.
